In total, the programme includes 74 expert-led courses designed to give fleet managers practical, up-to-date skills across the entire discipline.

✅ Certification

Participants who complete the training and successfully pass the final assessments will receive an official IFMI Academy certificate, validating their knowledge and commitment to professional development.

🤝 IRL Buddy Groups – Learning Meets Real Life

As part of the IFMI Academy experience, learners will have the opportunity to connect in person through IRL Buddy Groups. These informal meetups will take place during major fleet and mobility events, in a dedicated networking area reserved for IFMI participants.

The first IRL Buddy Group meetup will be hosted during the Fleet Europe Days in Luxembourg, on October 22 & 23.

Learning doesn’t stop online — it continues through real conversations with real people.

We’re excited to have you on board as beta testers — your feedback will help us fine-tune the experience before our full launch.

Keep in mind that you’re exploring a beta version — we’re still fine-tuning the experience and your input will help shape the final product.

How the test will unfold

  • INITIAL ASSESSEMENT: You’ll begin with a short diagnostic test to assess your current knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). This will help personalize your learning experience and give us a baseline for your progress.

  • LEARNING TRACKS: After the initial test, you’ll go through 3 short learning tracks, each lasting about 20 minutes. These tracks are designed to help you deepen your understanding of key TCO concepts and practices.

  • FINAL TEST: Once you’ve completed the tracks, you’ll take a multiple-choice test to evaluate what you’ve learned.

  • CERTIFICATION: If you complete the training and pass the final test, you’ll receive an official certificate from IFMI Academy.
